TERMS & CONDITIONS - Customisable sculptures

- Please leave your trust and full artistic choice to the artist, allowing all adjustments to be placed and altered to where she see most fit and suitable. This will give you the best result in replicating your family in a heartwarming way. If you have a special request, please contact Alanah and she will do her best to include it. 

- This sculpture is for immediate family members only. Please no grandparents, aunts, uncles, surrogates etc. Sculptures of this type are best suited to a commissioned piece.

- This is not a commissioned piece. This sculpture can not be over altered. Your sculpture will be handcrafted with options from the above only. If Alanah can not meet your request or if you request is over-complicated (i.e too many changes to be made outside of what is offered) Please look at placing a commissioned piece with Alanah instead. 

- Additions to this sculpture will be made with the same artistic representation of Alanah’s other sculpted works. Request outside of Alanah's artistic style will not be approved for this piece.

- This is not a commissioned piece. Your sculptures additions will be carefully hand crafted and then shipped to you once completed. There will be no further approvals or changes made past the first confirmation from Alanah to approve your requested additions. From this point, the sale is final and non-refundable.

- Please allow three to four (3-4) weeks for your customisable sculpture to be ready and shipped. If your order is placed during my peak period (Nov - Jan) please allow an additional one to two (1-2) weeks. You will receive an order update containing your tracking information upon shipment.
