Processing times

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping notification via email and tracking updates once your order is ready for sending. All sculptures are carefully packaged and ready for gifting. 

Each sculpture is hand crafted during a timely process by the artist. If the sculpture you are interested in is unavailable, please contact us.

IMPORTANT: Please allow additional time for larger orders and for orders placed during peak periods READ. Please allow up to 6 weeks for custom-made sculptures. I appreciate your patience and support as I create and prepare your special artwork. 


Shipping timeframes

All orders are shipped from the Moon Birth Sculptures Studio located in Sydney, New South Wales Australia. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Australia: 2-7 business days.
  • International: 10-25 business days. (This timeframe may vary depending on your location)

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Australia: 1-2 business days.
  • International: 5-12 business days. (This timeframe may vary depending on your location)


Shipping Carrier

All items are shipped through Australia Post with tracking. You will receive your parcels tracking information upon dispatch via the email you provided during checkout. This will occur within three days of placing your order (this may be extended during peak periods) 

 

 

Shipping Costs

  • (Domestic) Standard shipping within Australia starts at $12.99.
  • (International) Standard shipping starts at $20.00AUD.

 

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations 

Refunds are offered up until 5 days after tracking indicates an order has been delivered. Due to the nature of this service/artwork and processing times, exchanges will not be accepted after 48 hours from the purchase date. Accepted refunds will be retuned via the original payment method used to make the purchase. 

For all returns, the artwork must be in original, unused condition and packaging with return postage paid by the customer for change of mind refunds. Refunds will not be accepted if your order is currently in transit or experiencing delivery delays outside of our control. Only once your order has arrived will the process of a return/refund will be processed.

Registered tracking information is provided with all orders. If your order does not arrive by latest the estimated due date + 5 business days, please contact moonbirthsculptures@outlook.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend the timeframe for refunds. Should your order arrive damaged due to transit, please take photos and send them to moonbirthsculptures.com.au. A replacement will be organised and sent to you immediately. 


Covid-19 shipping update

All deliveries are sent via Registered and Tracked Australia Post, which is unfortunately experiencing global delivery delays to all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Whilst Australia Post is working hard to move parcels as quickly as possible, there may be slight delays experienced. We thank you for your patience, support and understanding during this time.
